Is my invoice data uploaded anywhere?

No. The invoice is built inside your browser on your own device. What you type is not sent to our server. Your browser only downloads the small open-source PDF library the first time you press Download PDF.

Can I add my logo to the invoice?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo in the Your business section. It appears at the top of the invoice in the preview and in the PDF.

Which currencies and taxes can I use?

Any currency. Type the symbol or code you want, such as $, Rs., NPR, USD, EUR or AED, and set your own tax name and rate, such as VAT or GST. You can also add a percentage discount.

Why do some special characters show as question marks in the PDF?

The PDF uses a standard font that supports Latin letters and common symbols. Characters from other scripts, such as Devanagari, may show as a question mark. Write those parts in English letters. The rupee sign ₹ is changed to Rs. automatically.
