1. Digital delivery only
All products and services offered by Nomira Digital are delivered online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses.
2. Nomira Transcribe Unlimited
Unlimited is a digital subscription. It is activated on your account within minutes of a successful payment, and you will see it in the header and in Plan & usage. If it is not active after 30 minutes, please contact us and we will fix it quickly.
3. Website, SEO and other projects
Delivery timelines for web design, development, SEO and similar projects are agreed in writing in your quote or agreement before work begins. Work is delivered online: a live website, files, reports or access to your accounts, depending on the project.
4. Delivery problems
If you paid but did not receive access or your project files, write to us with your name, email and payment details. We reply on WhatsApp or email, 7 days a week, 10 AM to 8 PM NPT.
