Services

Nomira Digital provides website development, digital marketing, design, and related digital services as described on our website.

Project Communication

We work closely with clients to understand requirements. Clear and timely communication helps ensure successful delivery.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback during the project.

Payment

Project pricing and payment schedules are agreed before work begins. Payments are due as specified in the project proposal.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party materials and tools used under their own licenses.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late feedback or content may affect delivery dates.

Third-Party Services

Some projects use third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, analytics). Clients are responsible for any third-party fees.

Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance and support are provided under separate agreements when requested.

Limitations

Nomira Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the scope of the agreed services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
